Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance/inquiry) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest — handling client inquiries).

Personal data is stored in a secured database with restricted access. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

Data is retained for the period necessary to complete the inquiry and potential cooperation, no longer than 24 months from last contact. Data is permanently deleted thereafter.
